Lead forms
Leads straight from your page — no website, no “DM me”. A Telegram notification within a second, every lead in one list, conversion in numbers.
Leads straight from your page

No website, no “DM me”. Your client fills in the form in one tap — you get the lead in Telegram within a second.

What it is

A form builder inside Tapter. You assemble a form from ready-made fields — name, phone, date, service picker — and place it as a block on your page at tapter.one/login.

Visitors leave their requests right there: no DM threads, no Google Forms, no website.

Who it’s for
Beauty salon, barbershop
Bookings get lost in DMs and the admin can’t keep up. A “Booking” form — name, phone, date — lands in Telegram within a second.
Tutor, coach, psychologist
“Message me” — half of them never do. A “Consultation” form with the client’s question, and the conversion is right there in numbers.
Car service, cleaning, repairs
After-hours calls disappear. A “Call me back” form with a single field — the phone number.
Photographer, event agency
Requests in three messengers at once is chaos. Here it’s one list of leads with “new / handled” statuses.
Any business with a CRM
Stop copying leads out of chats by hand: a webhook turns every request into a lead in your CRM, Zapier, Make or n8n.

How it works
⚡ A form in one click

Four ready-made presets: Call me back, Booking, Consultation and a blank form.

Change the fields however you like: text, phone with a +7 mask, email, long text, dropdown, checkbox and a date with a calendar. From 1 to 15 fields.

📩 A new lead, instantly

Every request goes straight to your Telegram and email — with all the answers and a note of which page it came from.

💬 Your client lands in your WhatsApp

Add your number and, right after submitting, the client sees a “Continue in WhatsApp” button with the message about their request already filled in.

The lead is saved in your list and the conversation has already started.

📋 Every lead in one list

“New → handled” statuses, so nothing gets lost. If there’s a phone number, “Message on WhatsApp” is one tap away.

Export the last 7 days, a month, all time or your own dates — as CSV or Excel.

Numbers and integrations
📈 Numbers, not guesswork

A one-field form converts at ≈13%, a nine-field one at ≈3.6%. That is why Tapter presets are deliberately short.

Every form comes with a funnel:

  • views → opened → started filling in → submitted
  • the conversion at every step

Lots of people start but don’t submit — that means too many fields.

🔗 Leads drive themselves into your CRM

Add a webhook and every new lead is POSTed to your address: Zapier, Make, n8n or your own script.

There’s a test-request button and an X-Tapter-Signature signature to verify authenticity.

🎯 A Lead event in your pixels

A successful submission fires the standard Lead event into the pixels connected to the page — build audiences and retarget everyone who left a request.

Small things that matter
🛡 No bots, and no captcha

A hidden trap for bots, a minimum fill-in time check and a rate limit per IP.

Nothing annoys an honest client — there is no captcha.

🌐 Russian, Kazakh, English

The form, the hints, the validation errors and the “Thank you” screen all appear in the language of your page.

Or just a button

If the form is long, the page shows only a button and the form opens on top of the page. Try it:

🤖 Tell Claude — it builds the form for you

Connect Tapter to Claude over MCP: “make a haircut booking form and put it on the page” — the agent picks the fields, creates the form and adds the block. Then: “what’s its conversion this week” — it reads the funnel.

The content of your leads is never available to the agent — client names and phone numbers stay in your dashboard only.

FAQ
Where do I create a form?
Profile settings → “My forms” → “New form”. Pick a preset or build one from scratch, then add the “Lead form” block in the page editor.
Does the visitor have to register?
No. They fill it in and send it.
Can one form go on several pages?
Yes. Leads from every page land in one list, and each card shows which page it came from.
How do I cap the number of leads or the deadline?
In the form settings: “Submission limit” closes the form after N leads, and “Active until” sets a date. After that visitors see “This form is no longer accepting submissions”.
What happens if I edit a form that’s already on a page?
The changes apply everywhere at once. Old leads stay as they were — each keeps a snapshot of the answers at the moment it was sent.
How do I export the leads?
On the leads page — “Export”: pick the period (7 days, a month, all time or your own dates) and the format — CSV or Excel.
Why is this better than Google Forms or link-in-bio rivals?
The form lives right on your page, Telegram notifications are instant, the client is redirected to WhatsApp, you get a conversion funnel, a Lead event in your pixels, a webhook into your CRM and a Kazakh interface. Rivals put forms behind a paid plan.
